Two Novosense NSi6602BD ICs are responsible for controlling the MOSFETs. Here, we have 3 BSC0901NS MOSFET transistors each. IN1S429I-SCG monitors the operation of the power supply and initiates the implemented protections when preset values are exceeded.

On the DC-DC converter laminate is the ANPEC APW7159C synchronous PWM controller.
